dust is flying.

we had a bit of a hicup this week. a sprinkler line broke and the Coffee Pub flooded.

picture this: you cross monroe, driving on 5th avenue, and a fire truck is blocking the street. the reason? there are 8 firemen inside a soon-to-be coffee shop, sweeping water, an inch deep, out of the building. water begins seeping into the neighboring businesses. and you stand outside and say to yourself, "crap. i am in way over my head".

but, we got the water out and as the room dries the piles of dirt show the work that has been done.



not only that, but in exactly one week, the work that has been done is astounding!
